
When we talking about aging, most of us are agree (or… it’s just my opinion?) that habits play a very important role in determining a person’s life span. One of the habit is eating habit. Since i was a little girl, my parents have always told me and my brother to love or at least like eating vegetables. Later i know that this will not only help us grow up to be big, strong, and healthy person but are also helpful as Anti Aging component.
